FM9 - Stereo Matchless DC-30 Edge of Breakup

FM9 - Stereo Matchless DC-30 Edge of Breakup

$12.99

Recreating the tones from the legendary Matchless DC-30 amp, with a variety of effects. In this preset, the amps are placed at the end of the preset and set to an edge-of-breakup setting. All effects are run into the front of the amp, which is the typical setup in the analog world, which creates a unique effect when wet effects like delay and reverb hit the front of a amp.

This download is a zip file which contains 3 files: the preset (*.syx), and 2 custom IRs (*.wav) made from 57+121 mics on a DC30 cab. Make sure to import the IRs into empty user cab slots and select them as the left and right cabs in the cab block.

SETUP NOTES:

The input is set to Input 1, the output is set to output 1.

Use the Per-Preset footswitch layout to access all the different available sounds on this preset.

Mono users: This preset is mono-compatible, but has stereo effects. When running mono, I recommend disabling the enhancer block.
